目的探讨白血病抑制因子(LIF)和巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)与子宫内膜癌的关系。方法对哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院2006年5月至2008年10月113例石蜡包埋子宫内膜标本进行分类,并应用免疫组织化学方法,对组织进行LIF和MIF蛋白检测。结果在正常子宫内膜,单纯型增生、复合型增生、不典型增生及子宫内膜癌中,MIF表达呈上升趋势,阳性率分别为23.07%、52.94%、66.67%、75.00%和91.11%。正常子宫内膜与增生型内膜及内膜癌比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.001),增生型内膜与内膜癌比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。LIF表达呈上升趋势,正常子宫内膜与增生型内膜及内膜癌比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。增生型内膜与内膜癌比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。子宫内膜癌中,MIF表达随细胞分化程度上升而上升。结论推测MIF与子宫内膜癌的发生有关。尚不能推测LIF与子宫内膜癌的发生有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF) and macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) and endometrial cancer. Methods 113 cases of paraffin-embedded endometrium in Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from May 2006 to October 2008 were classified. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of LIF and MIF in tissues. Results The expression of MIF in normal endometrium, simple hyperplasia, complex hyperplasia, atypical hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma showed an upward trend. The positive rates were 23.07%, 52.94%, 66.67%, 75.00% and 91.11% respectively. There was significant difference between normal endometrium and proliferative endometrium and endometrial carcinoma (P <0.05, P <0.001). There was significant difference between proliferative endometrium and endometrial carcinoma (P <0.001). The expression of LIF showed an upward trend. There was significant difference between normal endometrium and proliferative endometrium and endometrial carcinoma (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between proliferative endometrium and endometrial carcinoma (P> 0.05). In endometrial carcinoma, MIF expression increases with the degree of cell differentiation. Conclusion It is speculated that MIF is associated with the occurrence of endometrial cancer. It is not yet speculated that LIF and the occurrence of endometrial cancer.
