浮桶式乙炔发生器所产生的乙炔气,常带有大量水份,影响焊接质量,且在冬季会冻结胶带,给工作带来很大不便。鉴于此,我们设计了一种乙炔干燥器,可去除乙炔气中的水份,同时又可起到防止回火的作用。该干燥器小而轻,适于流动单位使用。结构与尺寸见右图。使用前先往验水口注水(冬季可注入盐水)。换料时,打开顶丝阀门,清出废渣,同时在上部装入小块电石(也可用碎电石),随后拧紧阀门。一周更换一次。工作原理:乙炔气从进气口进入后,通过底部的水,向上通过两层分气板,再向上到过滤层,其中大部分水便被分解在电石中,成为较干燥的乙炔气。
