一、绪言生理学者们都承认时紧张曲线以及根据它所导出的Hoorweg Weiss的经验式,是最能代表兴奋性及其变化的。但它在实际应用上太复杂,也就必须从这个曲线上找出一个到两个常数来代表这个曲线的移动,而正确反映兴奋性的变化。 Lapicque(1926)认为兴奋性的定义应该从两方面来考虑。用强度基表示刺激强度所决定的「强度」兴奋性;用时值表示刺激持续时间所决定的「时间」兴奋性(1930)。时值在生理学上在临床电气诊断学上得到广泛的应用与支持。但还有许多人根据实验,怀疑了它是否可以正确地反应
I. INTRODUCTION Physiologists have recognized that the tension curve and the Hoorweg Weiss empirical formula derived from it are the most representative of excitability and its changes. However, it is too complicated in practice. Therefore, one or two constants must be found out from this curve to represent the movement of this curve, which correctly reflects the change of excitability. Lapicque (1926) considered the definition of excitability should be considered from two aspects. The “intensity” excitability determined by the intensity of the stimulus is expressed in intensity; the “time” excitability determined by the duration of the stimulus is expressed in terms of time (1930). The value of physiology in clinical electrical diagnostics has been widely used and supported. But many still doubt, based on experimentation, whether it can react correctly
