目的:探讨丹参酮ⅡA对脑损伤、脑缺血或脑缺血再灌注诱导的小鼠的保护作用。方法采用小鼠断头模型、小鼠脑卒中模型、小鼠脑缺血再灌注模型,观察丹参酮ⅡA注射乳剂对小鼠断头后存活时间、喘气次数,小鼠脑卒中后的神经行为,小鼠脑缺血再灌注后脑内SOD活性、MDA含量的影响。结果丹参酮ⅡA能延长小鼠断头后的存活时间、增加断头后的喘气次数,改善脑卒中小鼠的神经行为,提高脑缺血再灌注损伤后小鼠脑组织中SOD酶活性,降低MDA含量。结论丹参酮ⅡA注射乳剂对小鼠脑缺血及脑缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用。“,”ObJective To investigate TanⅡA brain inJury,cerebral ischemia or cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in mice induced protection.
