本文根据苏联《金属学和热处理》近几年发表的文献,综述了热循环化学热处理工艺的基本原理、特点及其工艺过程,并着重介绍了热循环碳氮共渗和热循环氮化工艺。试验及生产应用表明,热循环化学热处理工艺的技术经济效益非常显著,是一种很有发展前途的热处理工艺。
Based on the literature published in recent years in the field of metallurgy and heat treatment in the Soviet Union, this paper reviews the basic principles, characteristics and processes of the thermal cycle chemical heat treatment process. The thermal cycle carbonitriding and the thermal cycle nitridation process are emphatically introduced. Tests and production applications show that thermal cycle chemical heat treatment process is very significant technical and economic benefits, is a very promising heat treatment process.
