1.引言随着经济的飞速发展,上海市土地资源不足的矛盾越来越突出,大规模的围垦造地已经势在必行。东风沙位于崇明岛的南岸,有大片高程高于0m的浅滩可以作为围垦地,但是围垦东风沙会不会对周围水域产生不利的影响,如东风沙外白茆沙北水道、下游侧的新桥水道及南门港处的流速是否会减小?如何围垦比较合适?这些都是值得研究的课题。本文采用数学模型的方法对这些问题作一些研究,为上海市的围垦规划提供科学依据。
1. Introduction With the rapid economic development, the contradiction between the shortage of land resources in Shanghai is becoming more and more prominent. It is imperative for large-scale reclamation and land reclamation. Dongfeng Sands is located on the south bank of Chongming Island. There are large banks of heights above 0m which can be used as reclamation sites. However, the reclamation of Dongfeng Sands will not adversely affect the surrounding waters such as the Beibu Sha north water channel and the new downstream Will the bridge waterway and the south gate port flow rate will be reduced? How to reclamation more appropriate? These are worth researching. This article uses the method of mathematical model to do some research on these problems and provides the scientific basis for the reclamation planning in Shanghai.
