以Ag(DDC)比色法测定雄黄原药材及不同炮制品中As_2O_3含量,借以探讨其炮制原理、干研法代替水飞法是否可行、水飞雄黄的最佳条件以及“雄黄见火毒如砒”的实验依据。结果表明:净选可显著降低雄黄中As_2O_3含量。干研法不能减少其As_2O_3含量。水飞法降低雄黄中As_2O_3含量的效果与水温及用水量有规律性关系。前人关于“雄黄见火毒如砒”的经验确有实验根据。
