采用热浸渗技术,以Al为渗合金元素,在45钢表面形成铁铝金属间化合物浸渗层,采用SEM、EDS等方法研究了浸渗层形貌、化学成分及相组成特点,并研究了浸渗工艺参数对渗层厚度的影响。结果表明,改性层由沉积层与扩散层组成,主要构成物为FeAl、FeAl2和Fe2Al5,与基体结合良好;在750℃时,最佳浸渗工艺参数为浸渗3 min,热扩散2 h,可获得质量较好的浸渗层。
The infiltration layer of Fe-Al-intermetallic compound was formed on the surface of 45 steel by hot-infiltration technique with Al as the alloying element. The morphology, chemical composition and phase composition of the infiltrated layer were studied by SEM and EDS. Effect of Infiltration Process Parameters on Layer Thickness. The results show that the modified layer is composed of the deposition layer and the diffusion layer. The main components are FeAl, FeAl2 and Fe2Al5, which are well bonded with the matrix. At 750 ℃, the optimum impregnation parameters are impregnation for 3 min, thermal diffusion for 2 h , Get better quality impregnation layer.
