本文研究了不同尺寸的表面裂纹对于12Cr1MoV 钢过热器管子高温蠕变断裂寿命的影响。试验结果表明:随着表面裂纹的长度和深度的增加、含缺陷管子的高温蠕变断裂寿命显著降低。根据试验结果,本文提出了蠕变断裂切向应力与管子表面缺陷尺寸之间的关系式。利用该公式,可以估算含缺陷管子的高温蠕变断裂应力。本文可供设计锅炉过热器时作参考。
In this paper, the effect of different sizes of surface cracks on the creep rupture life of 12Cr1MoV steel superheater tubes was investigated. The experimental results show that the creep rupture life of the tubes with defects decreases significantly with the increase of the length and depth of the surface cracks. According to the experimental results, this paper presents the relationship between the creep rupture tangential stress and the tube surface defect size. Using this formula, it is possible to estimate the high temperature creep rupture stress of defective tubes. This article is for reference when designing boiler superheaters.
