目的:运用DRGs分组方法 ,对扬州某院东西两区诊疗组进行医疗绩效服务评价,为今后医院管理工作进行指导.方法:收集扬州某院东西两区同时设置的儿科、妇科、神经内科等重点科室2013年全年出院病案首页信息,利用ICD-10、ICD-9,运用Spss统计分析软件中的决策树(CHAID)对所有病历共10817份进行DRGs分组,计算病例组合指数,时间和费用效率指数.结果:共建立21个MDC,得出145组DRGs;3大科室的服务广度东区略高于西区,儿科和妇科的技术难度也是东区高于西区,但其费用和时间消耗也较高;神经内科西区的技术难度和时间费用消耗高于东区.结论:本次DRGs用于医疗服务绩效评价具有可行性,为医院以后医疗服务评价提供参考.“,”Using DRGs classification method and its application for a hospital of Yangzhou. Results Produce a total of 145 DRGs group, breadth of services is higher in eastern than western of the 3 departments, technical difficulty is higher in eastern than western of pediatric and gynecology, but its costs and time is higher. In Neurology, technical difficulty and time consumption costs is higher in western than eastern. Conclusion The DGRs for performance evaluation is feasible and for reference for medcial service performance of a hospital in the future.
