针对半无限体内亚表面含双圆柱异质缺陷问题,基于非傅里叶热传导方程,采用波函数展开法和镜像法,研究了异质体缺陷的热波多重散射与温度分布,并给出了亚表面异质双圆柱热波多重散射的一般解。通过数值计算,给出了不同物理参数和几何参数下亚表面异质双圆柱的材料表面温度分布曲线,分析了各参数对材料表面温度分布的影响,特别是热波本身特性与缺陷性质的影响。研究成果可望为工程材料结构亚表面异质缺陷的无损检测和安全评定提供理论基础与参考数据。
In order to solve the problem of double cylinder heterogeneous defect in the semi-infinite body subsurface, based on the non-Fourier heat conduction equation, the wave function expansion method and the mirror method are used to study the multi-scattering and temperature distribution of the heat wave in the heterogeneous body defect. A General Solution of Multiwave Scattering of Heterogeneous Double Cylindrical Heat Waves. By numerical calculation, the surface temperature distribution curves of sub-surface heterogeneous double cylinders under different physical parameters and geometrical parameters are given. The influence of each parameter on the surface temperature distribution of materials is analyzed, especially the characteristics of heat waves and the nature of defects . The research results are expected to provide theoretical basis and reference data for the non-destructive testing and safety assessment of sub-surface heterogeneous defects in engineering materials.
