耳蜗内淋巴具有独特的离子成分,以及相对于外淋巴+80mv~+90mv的耳蜗内电位。血管纹对维持耳蜗内环境的稳定有重要作用,它在向内淋巴转运钾离子的过程中产生耳蜗内电位。本文对血管纹产生耳蜗内电位的各种相关机理的研究进展进行综述。
The cochlear endolymph has a unique ionic composition, as well as an intra-cochlear potential of +80 mv to +90 mv relative to the perilymph. Vascular pattern plays an important role in maintaining the stability of the inner cochlea, and it produces intracochlear potential during the transport of potassium ions to the lymphatic vessels. This review summarizes the research progress on various related mechanisms of intracochlear potential generated by vascular pattern.
