300MW汽轮机厂内空负荷试车及大功率汽轮机的启动

本文详细介绍了东方第一台300MW汽轮机的厂内试车情况,谈了对大功率汽轮机启动调整试验过程中来些问题的看法。从文中所述情况来看可以认为:①厂内试车的试验调整方法是正确的。试验过程中积累的大量数据对该汽轮机今后在电厂的投运和其它大功率汽轮机的调试都能有所借鉴。②在可能条件下应采用滑参数启动,这样可以保证低寿命消耗、最短的启动时间,也就是提高了机组的机动性。③大功率汽轮机在启动过程中的主要控制指标有转子相对胀差、转子挠度和零部件最大允许温差值。这些控制技术指标主要取决于启动时主蒸汽参数的选择,也就是启动程序的制定。 This paper introduces in-factory commissioning of the first 300 MW steam turbine in the East and talks about some problems during the start-up and adjustment of high-power steam turbines. From the situation described in the article can be considered: ① factory commissioning test adjustment method is correct. The large amount of data accumulated during the test can be used to draw lessons from the future operation of the steam turbine in power plants and other high-power steam turbines. ② In the possible conditions should be used to start sliding parameters, so you can ensure low life expectancy, the shortest start-up time, which is to improve the unit’s mobility. ③ The main control indexes of high-power steam turbine in starting process are the relative expansion of the rotor, the deflection of the rotor and the maximum allowable temperature difference of the components. These control specifications mainly depend on the choice of the main steam parameters at start-up, that is, the start-up process.
