目的 :探讨sIL 2R在溃疡性结肠炎 (UC)中的表达水平。方法 :采用特异性ELISAsIL 2R检测试剂盒 ,对 2 5例溃结患者PBMCs体外PHA诱导产生的sIL 2R水平进行测定。结果 :溃结患者PHA诱导 48h的细胞培养上清液中sIL 2R的含量为 319 6 3± 16 4 70U/ml,明显低于正常对照组的 45 1 15± 2 46 93U/ml(P <0 0 5 ) ;而未经PHA诱导的sIL 2R含量 ,两组无明显差异 (UC组 2 6 3 78± 115 0 5U/ml,对照组 2 36 47± 139 10U/ml,P >0 0 5 )。结论 :溃结患者体外PHA诱导的sIL 2R水平下降 ,提示其淋巴细胞的免疫活化功能障碍
Objective: To investigate the expression of sIL 2R in ulcerative colitis (UC). Methods: The specific ELISAsIL 2R kit was used to determine the level of sIL 2R induced by PHA in PBMCs from 25 patients with ulceration. Results: The content of sIL 2R in cell culture supernatant induced by PHA induced by PHA was 319 6 3 ± 16 4 70U / ml in UC patients, which was significantly lower than 45 1 15 ± 2 46 93U / ml in normal controls (P <0 (P <0.05). However, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the level of sIL 2R induced by PHA (2 363 78 ± 1 105 0 U / ml in UC group and 2 36 47 ± 139 10 U / ml in control group, P 0 05) . CONCLUSIONS: The decrease of sIL 2R induced by PHA in vitro in UC patients suggests that the immune activation dysfunction of lymphocytes
