目的为了解《华南国防医学杂志》退稿情况,科学指导作者写作与投稿,提高稿件录用率。方法采用文献计量学方法统计了2016-01~05月《华南国防医学杂志》444篇文章退稿的阶段、周期、第一作者投稿频次、第一作者单位区域、专业类别和基金资助情况,从形式与内容审查两个方面分析退稿原因。结果退稿率74.50%;90.09%的稿件止步于初审阶段;退稿周期0~225 d,平均4.98 d,7 d之内退稿占89.19%。地方系统作者退稿率87.47%明显高于军队系统作者退稿率48.22%(χ~2=106.91,P<0.01)。75.90%是首次投稿。有基金资助的稿件退稿率(50.94%)明显低于无基金资助稿件退稿率(79.59%)(χ~2=9.60,P<0.01)。主体退稿原因是学术不端,占71.62%;选题设计、语言文字和统计分析等原因分别占11.04%、9.06%和7.88%。结论学术不端是当前期刊最突出的问题,应严肃学术研究,恪守职业道德;科学选题设计,开拓创新思维;阅读医学文献,提高写作素养;夯实数据资料,用好统计方法。在实践中学习成长,提高科研和写作能力。
Objective To understand the rejection status of “South China Journal of National Defense Medicine” and to guide and guide the authors to write and submit articles in a scientific way and improve manuscript acceptance rates. Methods The bibliographic data of 444 articles published in South China Journal of National Defense Medicine from January to May in 2016 were collected using the bibliometrics method. The periods, the first author submission frequency, the first author’s unit area, the specialty category and the fund support were obtained from Form and content review two aspects of the reasons for rejection. The results of the rejection rate of 74.50%; 90.09% of the manuscript stopped at the preliminary stage; rejection period 0 ~ 225 d, an average of 4.98 d, 7 d within 89.19% rejection. The rejection rate of local system authors was 87.47%, which was significantly higher than that of the military system (48.22%) (χ ~ 2 = 106.91, P <0.01). 75.90% is the first submission. The rejection rate of manuscripts funded by the fund (50.94%) was significantly lower than that of the non-fund-funded manuscripts (79.59%) (χ ~ 2 = 9.60, P <0.01). The main reason for the rejection was academic misconduct, accounting for 71.62%. The topics of design, language and statistics accounted for 11.04%, 9.06% and 7.88% respectively. Conclusion Academic misconduct is the most prominent issue of the current journal, should be serious academic research, abide by professional ethics; scientific topic design, pioneering and innovative thinking; reading medical literature, improve literacy; solid data, using statistical methods. In practice, learn to grow, improve research and writing skills.
