一、问题的提出近十多年来,随着航空技术的发展,国内外对中小型发动机逐渐引起重视,其设计和工艺技术不断进步。中小型发动机的一个重要特征是整体叶轮。所谓整体叶轮就是指把数十个叶片直接与盘或内外环构成一体。它具有结构简单,尺寸紧凑,并因省掉叶片与盘的装配误差而使精度提高,可以减小发动机的尺寸和减轻其重量。但是,这些整体叶轮的型面复杂,精度要求高,截面变化大,通道狭窄,叶型薄,材料切削性能差,而且大多数毛坯都是锻造的
