Norbovinbine (also known as Novogen) is a plant-based anticancer drug that acts on the M-phase of the cell cycle. It is particularly effective for advanced breast cancer and non-small cell lung cancer and is now widely used in clinical practice. However, Navelbine’s irritative reactions to local skin and tissues often involve the entire puncture arm. The pain can affect rest and sleep, and bring abnormal pain to the patient. The Department of Chemotherapy in our hospital has been using it since January 1998.
