随着社会经济的发展,煤炭企业的重要性日渐显著。煤炭作为主要的能源,其在能源结构中仍占据着主导地位,它为煤炭企业的发展提供了不竭的动力。但在实际发展过程中,煤炭企业面对着激烈的竞争与挑战,为了提高自身的综合竞争力,各个企业均十分关注人力资源的开发与管理。本文阐述了煤炭企业人力资源开发与管理战略构建的必要性、不足及对策,旨在为煤炭企业的发展提供可靠的人才保障。
With the social and economic development, the importance of coal enterprises has become increasingly prominent. As a major energy source, coal still occupies a dominant position in the energy structure and provides an inexhaustible impetus to the development of the coal industry. However, in the actual development process, coal enterprises are faced with fierce competition and challenges. In order to improve their overall competitiveness, all enterprises are very concerned about the development and management of human resources. This article elaborates the necessity, deficiency and countermeasure of human resources development and management strategy construction in coal enterprises, and aims to provide reliable personnel protection for the development of coal enterprises.
