为提高油气集输站应急预案的可操作性,提升作业现场对事故等突发事件的处理能力,保证集输站场的安全生产,构建基于动态风险评价并克服传统静态固有风险评价不能预测事故的缺点的实时风险预警体系。在对集输站场各类动态风险因素分析的基础上,介绍动态风险评价的各个指标,并给出各指标相应的评点分值,利用动态风险评价数学模型确定动态风险等级。结合集输站场静态固有风险等级,采用风险矩阵法,确定实时风险预警等级。结果表明,动态风险因素会影响集输站场工艺单元的静态固有风险等级;动态风险因素越多,集输站场的风险预警等级越高。
