中国原子能科学研究院(简称原子能院)在“核高基”项目中主要负责基于HI-13串列加速器开展单粒子效应辐照试验技术研究,提高了试验平台能力和试验效率,完善了串列加速器单粒子效应试验平台,形成核心电子器件抗辐照试验考核能力,为核心电子器件的研制、鉴定检验、应用提供技术支撑和条件保障。1阶段任务执行情况根据项目工作的特点,本子项分为辐照试验平台建设和辐照技术专题研究两个专题进行实施。平台
