目的 探讨下岗职工的抑郁状况及其与应对方式、生活事件之间的关系。方法 随机抽取甘肃省兰州、天水、金昌、白银等地区国有和集体企业下岗职工 476人和在岗职工 43 6人为研究对象。运用抑郁自评问卷、应对方式问卷和生活事件量表分别对两组人员进行调查。结果 下岗职工存在一定抑郁倾向。相关及回归分析表明 :自责、解决问题和生活事件总分是影响下岗职工抑郁的主要因素。结论 增强下岗职工耐挫力的培养 ,使其采取积极的应对方式是帮助下岗职工应对抑郁发生的有效策略
Objective To explore the depression status of laid-off workers and their relationship with coping styles and life events. Methods A total of 476 laid-off workers and 436 on-the-job workers from state-owned and collective enterprises in Lanzhou, Tianshui, Jinchang and Baiyin of Gansu Province were selected as research subjects. Depression self-assessment questionnaire, Coping Style Questionnaire and Life Events Scale were used to investigate two groups respectively. Results laid-off workers have a certain tendency to depression. Correlation and regression analysis showed that self-accusation, problem solving and total score of life events were the main factors affecting the depression of laid-off workers. Conclusions Enhancing the training of laid-off workers to take a positive response is an effective strategy to help laid-off workers cope with depression
