目的本实验通过探索小鼠血虚模型的复制方法,摸索不同化疗药物复制小鼠血虚模型的有效给药方法和剂量。方法通过多次实验调整给药途径和给药剂量,选择适当的时间测定小鼠血常规,检查模型复制情况,总结有效地给药方法和给药剂量。结果通过多次探索性实验评价出环磷酰胺[1、3]、表阿霉素[2]、卡铂[4]、吉西他滨复制小鼠血小板及白细胞等降低模型的可行性,并摸索得出成功率较高的给药方法和剂量。结论环磷酰胺、表阿霉素、卡铂在适当剂量下复制出小鼠血小板、白细胞降低模型的成功率更高,动物死亡率也较低,适合作为复制此类模型的有效药物;吉西他滨成模率低且动物死亡率较高,不适合作为此类模型复制的药物。
Objective To explore the effective method and dosage of different chemotherapy drugs to replicate blood deficiency model in mice by exploring the replication method of blood deficiency model in mice. Results Through several exploratory experiments, we evaluated the feasibility of reducing the platelet and leukocyte count in mice with cyclophosphamide [1,3], epirubicin [2], carboplatin [4] and gemcitabine, and found out Successful methods and doses of administration. Conclusion Cyclophosphamide, epirubicin, and carboplatin replicate in a suitable dose of mouse platelets, the success rate of leukopenia model is higher, animal mortality is lower, suitable as an effective drug for the replication of such models; gemcitabine into Low modalities and high animal mortality are not suitable as drugs for replication in such models.
