用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳的方法研究了五唇兰(Phaius tankervilliae Lindl.)授粉后合子形成过程中同工酶的变化情况。结果发现,有些位点在这一发育过程中始终表达,如Est-2、Est-4、AAT-3;球形胚形成时,Est-1、Est-3消失;Pgi-3只在合子形成时出现。同工酶位点的变化说明五唇兰受精后合子的形成是相关基因时序性表达的结果。
Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to study the changes of isoenzymes during the formation of zygotes after pollination in Phaius tankervilliae Lindl. Est-1 and Est-3 disappeared when globular embryos were formed. Pgi-3 only expressed in the process of zygote formation appear. The change of isoenzyme site shows that the formation of zygotes after the fertilization of five Labialis is the result of the temporal expression of related genes.
