Objective To investigate the prenatal diagnosis of fetus heart deformity by five-step standardized prenatal ultrasound screening. Methods A total of 245 pregnant women with prenatal ultrasound screening in MCH from Sanya City, Hainan Province from January to December in 2015 were selected as research objects. The results of five-step standardized prenatal ultrasound screening and postnatal cardiogram review and autopsy results Differences in detection rates. Results Among 245 pregnant women who had prenatal screening, 12 cases of fetal cardiac malformations were found. Among them, 11 cases were diagnosed by five-step standardized prenatal ultrasound screening and 1 case was misdiagnosed. Twelve cases of heart malformations were confirmed by post-birth cardiogram and autopsy. There was no significant difference between the five-step standardized prenatal ultrasound screening results and the post-birth cardiogram review and the autopsy results detection rate (P> 0.05). Fetal heart rate detection rate of 100%. Conclusion The five-step standardized prenatal ultrasound screening has a significant diagnostic value in fetal cardiac malformations and can be clinically used as the main screening method in the future.
