目的:观察竹沥防治蛇伤危重患者呼吸道感染的方法与效果。方法:选取住院的蛇伤危重型患者80例,按随机分组法随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例,对照组采用常规治疗及护理,治疗组在常规治疗护理的基础上,给予口服或者鼻饲鲜竹沥汁,比较两组的治疗效果。结果 :治疗组总有效率为92.5%;对照组总有效率为72.5%(P<0.01)。结论:鲜竹沥可降低痰液的黏稠度,有利于痰液排出,对防治蛇伤危重症患者呼吸道感染疗效良好。 Objective: To observe the method and effect of bamboo lek prevention and control of respiratory infection in critically ill snakebite patients.
