目的:探讨葡萄糖酸钙在利托君使用后剖宫产产后出血防治中的意义。方法:选取2013年1月~2013年12月间在该院急诊接受盐酸利托君保胎治疗后择期行剖宫产的产妇112例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各56例。对照组产妇术前30 min静脉滴注生理盐水100 ml,研究组产妇在此基础上静脉滴注10%葡萄糖酸钙10 ml。观察两组产妇手术前后血清钙离子水平、产后出血情况及给药过程中不良反应情况。结果:两组产妇术前不同血清钙离子浓度比例差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组分娩时和术后2h内血清钙浓度在<2.10 mmol/L、2.10~2.19 mmol/L、2.20~2.29 mmol/L的产妇比例明显低于对照组,在2.30~2.39 mmol/L、2.40~2.49 mmol/L、2.50~2.60 mmol/L的产妇比例明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组产妇术后出血率和平均出血量均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组产妇给药过程中均未出现恶心、呕吐、心悸、头晕等不良反应。结论:10%葡萄糖酸钙能够有效降低利托君使用后剖宫产产后出血的发生率,其具有较好的安全性,值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the significance of calcium gluconate in the prevention and treatment of bleeding after cesarean section after the use of ritodrine. Methods: 112 maternal women who underwent cesarean section during the emergency department of Rituximab from January 2013 to December 2013 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 56 cases in each group . In the control group, 100 ml of normal saline was intravenously dripped 30 minutes before the operation. In the study group, 10 ml of 10% calcium gluconate was intravenously dripped on the basis of this study. The levels of serum calcium, postpartum hemorrhage and adverse reactions during the administration were observed before and after operation. Results: There was no significant difference in serum Ca2 + concentration between two groups before delivery (P> 0.05). Serum Ca2 + concentrations in the study group were lower than 2.10 mmol / L and 2.10-2.19 mmol / L , The proportion of 2.20 ~ 2.29 mmol / L maternal was significantly lower than the control group, the proportion of maternal 2.30 ~ 2.39 mmol / L, 2.40 ~ 2.49 mmol / L, 2.50 ~ 2.60 mmol / L was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically (P <0.05). The bleeding rate and average amount of bleeding in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). No adverse reactions such as nausea, vomiting, heart palpitations, dizziness and so on occurred in the two groups of maternal administration. Conclusion: 10% calcium gluconate can effectively reduce the incidence of post-cesarean section bleeding after use of ritodrine, which has good safety and is worth promoting.
