采用激光焊接技术进行了条纹管偏转接头与不锈钢金属管壳的对焊拼接。研究了焊接能量、离焦量和保护气体等参数对焊接质量的影响。通过焊接气密性的检验和焊接面形貌的分析,优化了激光焊接工艺参数。结果表明,在最优参数下,条纹管偏转系统符合真空器件气密性的要求。此外,整管表现出较高的可靠性。
The laser welding technology was used to weld the barbed pipe joints to the stainless steel metal shell. The effects of welding parameters such as welding energy, defocusing quantity and shielding gas on welding quality were studied. Through the test of welding air tightness and the analysis of the welding surface morphology, the laser welding process parameters are optimized. The results show that, under the optimal parameters, the deflection system of the strip tube meets the requirements of the airtightness of the vacuum device. In addition, the whole pipe shows high reliability.
