防止模具在淬火过程中发生变形、开裂的问题,是热处理工艺中非常关键的问题之一。用分级淬火代替普通淬火;等温淬火代替淬火——低温回火或淬火——中温回火,就是解决上述问题的措施之一。与一般的淬火相比,等温处理不仅操作容易控制,而且等温热处理后,具有较好的机械性能,而等温退火与普通退火相比也容易将钢的硬度降低,还可以缩短生产周期。自一九六一年以来我厂向上海市电器公司所属各兄弟厂学习,先后对T10A、9Mn2V、GCr15、CrWMn、Cr12、3CrW8等模具钢采用了等温热处理,完全不用油淬及水油双液淬火等操作,基本上避免了模具的开裂,减少了模具的变形。但是,模具的变形问
