在新课改总体要求下,教学要面向全体学生,做到充分尊重学生,充分发挥学生的特性,使具有差异的学生在数学上得到不同的发展,实现促进全体的发展目标。要想适应新形势下初中数学的课程改革,传统的教学方式和教学模式已经适应不了现代中学生对学习的需求。分层教学既是一种面向全体学生,又是因材施教的教学模式。本文通过对分层教学的理论依据、实施办法探究分析,针对分层教学的实施细节进行探究。教师在中学数学教学活动中应用分层教学法教学有利于打破传统的教学组织形式,因材施教促进学生发展,使得学习程度不同的学生获得不同程度的发展及快乐体验。

In this paper, the theoretical basis of the teaching of stratification, the implementation of methods to explore and analyze the implementation details for stratified teaching to explore. Teachers teaching in the middle school mathematics teaching activities using the method of teaching in different levels is conducive to breaking the traditional form of teaching organization, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude to promote the development of students, so that students with different levels of learning have varying degrees of development and happiness experience.
