目的:建立降压胶囊中芍药苷高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:色谱柱为Alltima C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(13:87)。柱温:30℃,流速:1 ml·min~(-1),检测波长:230nm。结果:芍药苷在0.132~0.660μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),回收率为101.3%,RSD=1.04%。结论:本方法简便、灵敏准确、重现性好,可用于控制降压胶囊的质量。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination of paeoniflorin in blood pressure capsules. Methods: The column was Alltima C 18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (13:87). Column temperature: 30°C, flow rate: 1 ml·min -1, detection wavelength: 230 nm. Results: There was good linearity in the range of 0.132-0.660 μg (r=0.999 9). The recovery was 101.3% and RSD was 1.04%. Conclusion: This method is simple, sensitive, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to control the quality of blood pressure reducing capsules.
