为了进一步推动道路交通安全法的贯彻实施,为海南国际旅游岛建设提供良好的道路交通安全环境,省人大常委会将道路交通安全法的执法检查,作为2010年监督工作的一项重点。省人大常委会组成以常委会党组副书记、副主任吴昌元为组长,常委会副主任符兴、秘书长陈国舜为副组长,部分常委会委员为成员的执法检查组,于2010年11底至12月初,执法检查组听取了省政府关于我省贯彻实施道路交通安全法情况汇报,深入海口、三亚、儋州、万宁、东方、陵水六个市县进行检查,对我省贯彻实施道路交通安全法情况进行了执法检查。同时,委托其他12个市县人大常委会在其行政区域内进行了执法检查,形成了此报告。本刊摘要刊登如下。
