我们感叹,物业管理给中国城市、社区环境、社会就业所带来的变化,物业管理人用无数辛劳、汗水让这个行业从无到有、从小到大、从浅到深。但是,当我们满怀成就地庆祝完中国物业管理20周年之后,物业管理行业出现了些许困惑,深圳物业管理“领头羊”的地位受到了严峻挑战。 我们更欣慰,招商局物业经过近20年的发展,通过系统内11家品牌物业管理公司的整合,实现了资源共享,实施了品牌管理,走上物业管理产业化发展道路。经过近一年的动作,整合后的招商局物业各项优势凸现,显示出1+l>2的强劲发展势头。
We lamented the property management to the Chinese cities, community environment, social employment brought about by the changes, property management with countless hard work, sweat to make the industry from scratch, from small to large, from shallow to deep. However, after we celebrated the 20th anniversary of China’s property management with full success, there was some confusion in the property management industry. Shenzhen’s property management leader was severely challenged. We are even more pleased that after nearly 20 years of development, China Merchants Property has realized the sharing of resources through the integration of 11 brand property management companies in the system and implemented the brand management and embarked on the road of property management industrialization. After nearly a year of action, the outstanding advantages of the integrated China Merchants Property Investment Co., Ltd. showed a strong momentum of growth of 1 + l> 2.
