政府信息化决策咨询主要是指围绕政府信息化推进过程中的决策咨询活动,大致分为发展战略设计、建设规划、项目立项、项目实施、项目运行维护等。本文从提升政府科学决策角度出发,分析推进政府信息化建设的决策咨询的意义,梳理有关咨询机构在参与政府信息化决策方面的基本情况、指出存在的问题,并提出寻求切合实际的发展策略。 Government information-based decision-making consulting mainly refers to the decision-making consultation activities around the process of government information promotion, which are roughly divided into development strategy design, construction planning, project establishment, project implementation and project operation and maintenance. In this paper, from the perspective of enhancing the government’s scientific decision-making, this paper analyzes the significance of decision-making consultation to promote the government informatization construction, sorts out the basic situation of the consulting agencies in participating in the decision-making of government informatization, points out the existing problems and proposes to seek a realistic development strategy.
