在推进新农村建设过程中,攸县县委提出了“文化塑县”的发展理念,出台了全县加强和推进和谐文化建设的实施措施,让新农民建设新农村文文化体现着一个地方的文明水平,代表着一个地方的“软实力”。我县坚持以“乡村大舞台”文化服务点建设为切入点,加强农村文化建设,推动新农村建设,成效较为明显,得到了社会各界和中央、省、市的充分肯定。
In advancing the process of building a new countryside, Youxian County Committee put forward the development concept of “plastic county” and introduced the implementation measures for strengthening and promoting the construction of a harmonious culture throughout the county so as to enable the new farmers to build a new rural culture and culture. The level of civilization, represents a place “soft power ”. My county adhere to the “rural stage ” cultural service point construction as a starting point to strengthen rural cultural construction, promote new rural construction, the effect is more obvious, has been the community and the central, provincial and municipal fully affirmed.
