利用连轧机耦合振动在线监测系统获得传动轴上扭矩和轧制力信号,经回归分析发现连轧机振动时变形区中性角也存在振动现象.利用轧制理论公式推导了振动时轧制变形区中性角变化规律,建立了由连轧机振动引起的变形区中性角变化增量方程,获得振动时各参数变化对中性角振动的影响规律.研究结果表明,通过有效控制某些参数,可以提高变形区中性角的稳定性,进而抑制连轧机振动现象.
The torque and rolling force on transmission shaft were obtained by on-line monitoring system of continuous mill coupled vibration.It was found by regression analysis that the neutral angle of the deformation zone in the continuous rolling mill also vibrated.The rolling deformation zone The neutral angle variation law of the continuous rolling mill was established and the influence law of the change of each parameter on the neutral vibration was obtained when the vibration was changed.The results show that by controlling some parameters effectively, Can improve the stability of the neutral zone in the deformation zone, and then inhibit the rolling mill vibration phenomenon.
