近年来,我们用青岛第三制药厂生产的藻酸双酯钠(PSS)治疗心脑血管病患者602例,均按1.5～2mg(kg·d)加入500ml液体中静滴,滴速<30滴/min,10～15天为一疗程,连用2～3个疗程。结果于用药中出现不良反应13例,其中皮肤潮红5例,口唇粘膜水肿、血压下降和皮肤瘙痒、关节酸痛各2例,头晕、心悸4例。现举例分析如下。例1:男,60岁,因动脉硬化性脑梗塞用PSS治疗。将PSS100mg加入10%葡萄糖液500ml中静滴,滴速为50滴/min。当滴至150ml时,患者感到头晕,继之皮肤潮红。考虑可能因用药所致,故减慢滴速为20滴/min,上述症状逐渐消失。例2:女,56岁,因椎基底动脉供血不足用PSS治疗。将PSS300mg加入羟乙基淀粉注射液
In recent years, we have used 602 tablets of sodium alginate sodium (PSS) produced by Qingdao No.3 Pharmaceutical Factory to treat 500 patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
