提出了一种轴流式通风机的基于LabVIEW的在线监测及故障诊断系统的设计方案,研究了系统的总体结构设计和软硬件功能模块的实现方法,利用LabVIEW丰富的编程语言和强大的数据处理功能,实现了数据的采集、显示、存储、查询及远程发布,并结合故障诊断技术,在故障诊断模块中利用时域分析、频域分析及小波分析等方法对振动信号进行分析处理,识别通风机存在的问题,从而诊断故障,并通过仿真试验表明该系统的可行性。
A design scheme of axial flow fan based on LabVIEW for on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis system was proposed.
