本文用人c-sis基因1.7kb探针(Bam HI-Bam HI)研究了c-sis基因的RFLP在肝癌和正常组织中的分布。并首次报道c-sis基因对SacⅠ、PstⅠ、PvuⅡ和MSpⅠ4种限制酶有多态性,其中用PstⅠ、PvuⅡ和MspⅠ3种限制酶发现的c-sis基因RFLP在肝癌和正常组织中无明显差别。本文还就C-sis基因甲基化与基因表达的问题进行了讨论。
In this study, we investigated the distribution of c-sis RFLP in hepatocellular carcinoma and normal tissues using a 1.7kb probe of human c-sis gene (Bam HI-Bam HI). The first report of c-sis gene on Sac Ⅰ, Pst Ⅰ, Pvu Ⅱ and MSp Ⅰ 4 kinds of restriction enzyme polymorphism, which Pst Ⅰ, Pvu Ⅱ and Msp Ⅰ 3 kinds of restriction enzymes found in RFLP c-sis gene in liver cancer and normal tissue no significant difference. This article also discussed the problem of methylation and gene expression of C-sis gene.
