本文报道了大黄及其提取物对大白鼠的利胆,利胰效应。研究结果表明,多种大黄制剂除有利胆作用外,还出现显著的利胰效应,并能使胰液淀粉酶活性降低。考虑到大黄尚有降低奥迪氏括约肌张力的作用,因此可以设想这种利胆、利胰、降酶、弛张括约肌的综合作用,可能是大黄治疗急性胰腺炎的一个重要的药效基础。 This article reports on the gallbladder and pancreatic effects of rhubarb and its extracts on rats. The results of the study showed that a variety of Rhubarb preparations not only benefit the gallbladder, but also have a significant pancreatic effect, and can reduce the activity of amylase in the pancreas. Considering that rhubarb has the effect of reducing the sphincter tone of Oddi’s sphincter, it can be assumed that the combined effects of this gallbladder, pancreas, descending enzyme, and remittent sphincter may be an important efficacy basis for rhubarb treatment of acute pancreatitis.
