宝宝“夜生活”太丰富,晚上睡不着。日前在沪发布的中国婴幼儿睡眠状况调查显示,约1/5的宝宝每周至少有三个晚上入睡困难。专家建议,从小培养孩子与父母“同房、不同床”的睡眠习惯最好。
Baby “nightlife” is too rich to sleep at night. A recent survey of infants and toddlers in China released in Shanghai showed that about one-fifth of babies fall asleep hard for at least three nights a week. Experts suggest that childhood children and their parents to cultivate the “same room, different beds,” the best sleep habits.
