在市场经济的今天,企业的生存和发展面临着严峻的挑战,每天有许多公司成立,也有许多公司破产,为了实现企业的良性发展,我们应该居安思危、防患于未然。事实上许多公司内部风险控制的体制都存在一定问题,问题的存在就像定时炸弹,我们无法预料其在何时爆炸,给企业致命的一击。所以,不断完善公司内部控制风险的管理机制,是公司降低风险实现可持续发展的重要方法。在此,我将分析中国公司内部控制风险的管理机制中的问题,讨论了相应的解决方法,以期为企业风险管理提出一些建议。
In the market economy today, the survival and development of enterprises are facing severe challenges. Many companies are set up daily and many companies go bankrupt. In order to realize the sound development of the enterprises, we should be vigilant in time to take preventive measures. In fact, there are some problems with the system of internal risk control in many companies. The problem exists like a time bomb, and we can not predict when it exploded and caused a fatal blow to the enterprise. Therefore, continuously improving the management mechanism of internal control risk is an important way for the Company to reduce risks and achieve sustainable development. Here, I will analyze the problems in the management mechanism of internal control risks in Chinese companies and discuss the corresponding solutions to make some suggestions for ERM.
