二硫化钨(WS_2)具有显著的可饱和吸收特性,广泛应用于光电子器件的制备。研究了基于WS_2可饱和吸收体(WS_2SA)的全光纤被动调Q掺铒光纤激光器。采用脉冲激光沉积法,将WS_2均匀生长在拉锥光纤表面,在WS_2表面镀金膜以防止其被氧化,此方法增加了WS_2 SA的抗干扰能力。利用平衡双探测器法,测得WS_2 SA的调制深度约为15.2%,饱和强度为2.84 MW/cm~2,非饱和损耗为78%。通过旋转偏振控制器,得到了光纤激光器在不同抽运功率下的稳定调Q输出脉冲序列;当抽运功率在300~630mW范围内变化时,激光器重复频率的可调谐范围为174~250kHz。实验结果表明,该光纤激光器输出的最窄脉冲宽度为780ns,最大输出功率为18mW,单脉冲能量为23.5nJ,信噪比为85dB,所提出的调Q光纤激光器具有较好的稳定性。
Tungsten sulfide (WS_2) has significant saturable absorption characteristics and is widely used in the preparation of optoelectronic devices. The all-fiber passive Q-switched erbium-doped fiber laser based on WS_2 saturable absorber (WS_2SA) was studied. Pulse laser deposition method was used to uniformly grow WS_2 on the surface of taper fiber and gold film on the surface of WS_2 to prevent it from being oxidized. This method increases the anti-jamming ability of WS_2 SA. The equilibrium depth of WS_2 SA was about 15.2%, the saturation intensity was 2.84 MW / cm ~ 2 and the non-saturation loss was 78%. By rotating the polarization controller, a stable Q-switched output pulse sequence of the fiber laser at different pumping powers is obtained. The tunable range of the laser repetition frequency is 174-250kHz when the pumping power is varied from 300-630mW. The experimental results show that the narrowest pulse width of the fiber laser output is 780ns, the maximum output power is 18mW, the single pulse energy is 23.5nJ and the signal to noise ratio is 85dB. The proposed Q-switched fiber laser has good stability.
