目的:建立颈痛颗粒中葛根素和芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Nova-Pak C_(18)(150mm×3.9mm,4μm),流速1.0 ml·ml~(-1),乙腈:水(15:85)为流动相,检测波长为320nm。结果:葛根素的线性范围为0.31~1.56mg·ml~(-1),r=0.999 8,平均回收率为98.44%,RSD=1.57%(n=6);芍药苷的线性范围为24.19~120.96μg·ml~(-1),r=0.999 7,平均回收率为98.07%,RSD=1.82%(n=6)。结论:方法简便、快速、准确,适合该颗粒中葛根素和芍药苷的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of puerarin and paeoniflorin in Jingtong Granules. Methods: The reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography was used. The column was Nova-Pak C 18 (150mm×3.9mm, 4μm), the flow rate was 1.0ml·ml -1, acetonitrile:water (15:85) The mobile phase has a detection wavelength of 320 nm. Results: The linear range of puerarin was 0.31~1.56mg·ml -1, r=0.999 8, the average recovery was 98.44%, and RSD was 1.57% (n=6). The linear range of peoniflorin was 24.19~ 120.96μg·ml -1, r=0.999 7, the average recovery was 98.07%, and RSD was 1.82% (n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It is suitable for the determination of puerarin and paeoniflorin in this granule.
