小麦链格孢 ( Alternaria triticina)中国菌株菌落在 5~ 35℃均可生长 ,适温为1 5~ 30℃ ,2 5~ 30℃最适 ,低于 1 5℃或高于 30℃时 ,生长速度下降 ,菌落异常。适于生长的p H值为 3.5~ 9.5,最适 p H值为 4.5~ 7.5。该菌能较好地利用蔗糖、淀粉、木糖、棉子糖、乳糖和葡萄糖做碳源 ,最优氮源为硝酸钾、甘氨酸和乙酸铵。培养基的碳源或氮源种类不同时 ,菌落形态发生明显变异。小麦链格孢中国菌株和印度菌株的生物学特性基本一致
