目的对企业健康促进现状评估指标体系的可操作性和实用性进行验证。方法采用改良德尔菲专家咨询法形成的企业健康促进现状评价指标体系编制评估表,由专家组对江苏省23家企业进行现场评估;同时采取分层随机的办法,每家企业抽取50位员工进行满意度及知、信、行状况问卷调查及访谈,将评估结果与问卷调查情况进行相关性分析。结果评价指标体系的52个指标中,有48个指标不同程度被应用;评估结果与员工满意度及知、信、行状况存在正相关性(r分别为0.973、0.847、0.955、0.781,P<0.001);经过多重线性回归,满意率被纳入回归方程,Y^=-0.274+0.979X1(F=278.386,P<0.001)。结论评估指标在可操作性和实用性上能满足要求,评估体系能客观地反映企业健康促进工作现状,适宜推广应用。
Objective To verify the operability and practicability of the index system for assessing the status of enterprise health promotion. Methods The assessment system of enterprise health promotion status quo was established by Delphi method. The group of experts evaluated 23 enterprises in Jiangsu province on site. At the same time, stratified random method was adopted to select 50 employees from each enterprise Satisfaction and knowledge, letter, row status questionnaire and interviews, the assessment results and the questionnaire survey conducted a correlation analysis. Out of the 52 indicators of the evaluation index system, 48 indicators were applied in varying degrees. There was a positive correlation between the evaluation results and employee satisfaction and knowledge, letter and behavior status (r = 0.973,0.847,0.955,0.781, P < 0.001). After multiple linear regression, the satisfaction rate was included in the regression equation, Y ^ = - 0.274 + 0.979X1 (F = 278.386, P <0.001). Conclusion The evaluation index can meet the requirements in terms of maneuverability and practicability. The evaluation system can objectively reflect the current situation of enterprise health promotion work and is suitable for popularization and application.
