目的:根据二氧化钛的光化学反应原理研制的饮水消毒桶具有较强的杀菌功能,为探索应用该消毒桶在消毒过程中产生的·OH自由基和可能出现的脂质过氧化作用是否具有致突变性,以确保饮用水的安全无毒。方法:将消毒后的水样减压蒸馏,浓缩成为不同倍数的实验样品,进行致突变性实验研究。其中包括Ames实验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核实验及小鼠精子畸形实验。结果:Ames实验结果为阴性;小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核实验和小鼠精子畸形实验分别与阴性对照组相比均无显著性差异。实验证明,经光化学饮水消毒桶消毒后的原水及经2倍、4倍、8倍浓缩后的水样,对实验菌株及实验动物均无致突变作用。结论:光化学消毒桶不仅对饮用水具有较强的消毒效果,杀菌效果可靠;而且消毒后的饮用水无致突变性,对人体健康不会造成危害
