目的观察九宝丸加减方治疗风痰蕴肺型小儿感染后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法将200例风痰蕴肺型感染后咳嗽患儿按照咳嗽轻重程度,分别随机分入轻度咳嗽治疗组、轻度咳嗽对照组及重度咳嗽治疗组、重度咳嗽对照组。治疗组均予九宝丸加减方,对照组均予白三烯受体拮抗剂。两组疗程均为14天。观察临床疗效,比较中医证候积分的变化情况。结果 1最终完成试验者,轻度咳嗽治疗组47例、对照组46例,重度咳嗽治疗组44例、对照组44例。2轻度咳嗽治疗组、对照组临床总有效率分别为85.11%和86.96%;组间临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。重度咳嗽治疗组、对照组临床总有效率分别为75.00%和56.82%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3轻度咳嗽患儿治疗前后组内比较,两组中医证候积分水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,中医证候积分水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。重度咳嗽患儿治疗前后组内比较,两组中医证候积分水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,中医证候积分水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论九宝丸加减方治疗小儿感染后咳嗽的疗效满意,可减轻咳嗽症状,且对重度咳嗽疗效更显著。 Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of JiuBao Pills plus and minus cough in treating phlegm and phlegm type lung infection in children. Methods 200 cases of wind-phlegm and phlegm lung infection in children with cough according to the severity of cough, were randomly divided into mild cough treatment group, mild cough control group and severe cough treatment group, severe cough control group. The total clinical effective rates of the severe cough treatment group and the control group were 75.00% and 56.82%, respectively. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). There were significant differences in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before and after treatment (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups after treatment (P> 0.05). There were significant differences in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before and after treatment in severe cough children (P <0.05); after treatment, there were significant differences in TCM syndrome score (P <0.05) . Conclusion Jubao pill plus or minus treatment of children with cough after infection is satisfactory, can reduce the symptoms of cough, and more significant effect on severe cough.
