文章运用文献资料和比较研究等方法,对我国奥运冠军奖励的回顾和对国外奥运冠军奖励的对比,分析我国奥运冠军奖励政策存在的问题。主要结论:我国奥运冠军奖励形式单一,一味强调物质奖励;缺乏有效合理的奖励政策;各地方政府把奥运冠军的奖励演变为一场财力比拼;企业为运动员的过度包装不利于其今后的发展。因此,我国的奥运冠军奖励政策应回归理性化、多样化,重视和提倡精神奖励,使奥运奖励向良性发展。
By using the methods of literature and comparative study, the article compares the rewards of Olympic champions in China with those of Olympic champions abroad and analyzes the problems existing in the rewards policies of Olympic champions in China. The main conclusions are as follows: The form of rewards for the Olympic champions in our country is single, emphasizing material rewards blindly; lack of effective and reasonable rewards policy; local governments evolve the rewards of the Olympic champions into a financial competition; and excessive packaging of athletes is not conducive to their future development. Therefore, China’s Olympic champion rewards policy should return to rationalization, diversification, attention and promotion of spiritual reward, so that the Olympic awards to the healthy development.
