应用化学分析方法对镁合金转化膜溶液中锰离子的浓度进行分析,使用电化学工作站和SEM对膜层的耐蚀性、形貌和成分进行表征.结果表明:随着处理面积的增加,锰离子浓度线性减少,耐蚀性变化范围不大;当处理面积达到100 dm~2/L后,膜层表面微观裂纹变得较宽.
The chemical analysis method was used to analyze the concentration of manganese ions in the magnesium alloy conversion coating solution. The corrosion resistance, morphology and composition of the coating were characterized by electrochemical workstation and SEM. The results showed that with the increase of treatment area, The concentration of ions decreases linearly and the range of corrosion resistance is small. When the treated area reaches 100 dm ~ 2 / L, the microcrack on the surface of the film becomes wider.
