种桑养蚕每年剪伐大量的桑枝,利用桑枝栽培食用菌,不仅有利于保持森林资源,促进“蚕、菌、林”的良性循环,同时又提高了种桑养蚕的综合效益。我们进行了桑枝粉栽培金针菇试验,现初报如下: 1 材料与方法 1.1 供试菌株 金针菇杂交19母种由三明真菌研究所提供,原种按常规配方自行制作。 1.2 栽培配方 A.桑枝粉、棉子壳各40%。B.桑枝粉、杂木屑各40%。C.桑枝粉80%。D.杂木屑、棉子壳各40%。各配方均加麸皮18%,蔗糖1%,石膏粉1%,pH值自然,含水量65%。 1.3 试验设计 设4个处理3次重复,每小区20袋,随机排列,每袋装干料300g,塑料袋为17×38×0.04cm聚丙烯塑料袋,常压灭菌8小时。 2 结果与分析 2.1 三种主料的营养成份 从灰分、粗纤维、粗脂肪、可溶性碳水化合物、粗蛋白等主要营养成分来看,桑枝粉的营养成分与棉子壳相近,明显高于杂木屑(表1)。

Each formula plus bran 18%, 1% sucrose, gypsum powder 1%, pH value, water content 65%. 1.3 Experimental Design Let 4 treatments 3 times repeated, each cell 20 bags, randomly arranged, each bagged dry material 300g, plastic bags for 17 × 38 × 0.04cm polypropylene plastic bags, atmospheric sterilization for 8 hours. 2 Results and Analysis 2.1 Nutritional Ingredients of Three Kinds of Ingredients According to the main nutrients such as ash, crude fiber, crude fat, soluble carbohydrate and crude protein, the nutritional content of mulberry branch powder is similar to that of cotton seed coat, which is significantly higher than that of miscellaneous Sawdust (Table 1).
